What are the benefits?
1. Medical Claim – Besides checking the past claim records, customers can simply submit a medical claim by inputting the basic information and taking a photo of the medical receipt.
2. Benefits – Review the outline of key benefit coverage and surgical classification.
3. Pre-admission – Submit the hospital confinement pre-admission form or quotation with surgery details from the doctor.
4. My Card – Digital version of our medical card with Customer Name, Policy No., Cert No., and Effective Date.
